The next meeting of the Board of Administration will be held Thursday, July 25, 2024, at 1 pm at the East Activity Center.

Immediately following the conclusion of the adjourned June 6, 2024 Board meeting, a Board of Administration Meeting will be held.

The Annual Meeting of the Association will be held on June 6, 2024 at 10 a.m. at the East Activity Center Auditorium. Immediately following the Annual Meeting, a Board of Administration meeting will be held. An Annual Meeting Packet and a Board Meeting Packet is attached.

A mailing dated May 23, 2024 will be sent to all owners in regard to the June 6 Annual meeting which will be followed by a Board of Administration meeting. The Association understands that many times mailings do not reach owners in a timely manner, therefore a portion of what was mailed follows. Should you wish to request a copy of your individual building budget, please do so writing an email to associationinfo@otowfl.net or clearwaterinfo@otowfl.net. Make sure to include your name and building number. The mailing packet is attached below. Once the budget has been adopted by the Board, the Approved budget and all individual building budgets will be uploaded to this website.
