Eighty-one buildings at On Top of the World Clearwater have a leasehold agreement (see FAQ for more details). The Lessors are offering a First Amendment to Lease for the condominiums in each of those buildings. If you would like to review a First Amendment to Lease for your condominium, please select one of the following methods:
1. Submit the request online using the Online Submittal form below,
2. Download/Print the form using the option below, or
3. Visit the Community Service Office to obtain the form.
Once the First Amendment is prepared, it will be sent to you for review via the method you identify on the form. Any questions should be directed to leaseFAQ@clw-info.net.
