For the safety of your property as well as the safety of others, Parkway Management now requires that you be present when our personnel arrive to execute your order for service. If Parkway Management is not able to make contact with you at the time we arrive to provide service, the water will not be turned on until we can.

Water intrusion can be very costly. Parkway Maintenance & Management wants to help the community in limiting these types of situations. Residents can do their part by requesting their water service be turned off when planning to be away from your unit for an extended period of time.


You may request the Water Turn On/Off Service through the Community Service at the East Activity Center from 8:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m Monday through Friday, by calling our Water Turn On/Off Service phone number at
727-799–3417(option 6), or by clicking the button and filling out the Water Service Request online form.

Please provide the date and time you would like the service executed so we may respond accordingly. Our field personnel will perform your request for service between the hours of 7:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. There is NO CHARGE for this service during these normally scheduled business hours. After hours requests for service Monday-Friday after 6:00p.m. and up to 9:00 p.m. will be charged a nominal fee of $35.00. Saturday service is available from 7:30a.m. to 11:30a.m. at no cost. Requests for service after 11:30 a.m. and up to 9:00 p.m. will be responded to for a nominal fee of $35.00. Sunday service is also available at a nominal fee of $35.00 and is between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Checks only please. Someone MUST BE present for all water turn-ons. No exceptions.

• Residents must provide a date and time for service.

• A minimum 2-hour service window exists.

• You must be present in all circumstances for your water to be turned on.

• No Exceptions.

• Payments are by check only.
