The Management Company is on property. If you have a service request, please stop by the Community Service Office located in the East Activity Center at 2069 World Parkway Blvd. E., Clearwater, FL 33763. In lieu of an in-person visit, you may email your request via our website at www.otowclearwaterinfo.com – or click here. Locate the box, type in your request and hit “submit”. All inquiries are handled in the order they are received. The phone number for the Community Service Office is 727-683-6981.

HOW DO I REQUEST AN ESTOPPEL CERTIFICATE?
To request an estoppel or lender questionnaire, please go to: https://estoppels.com and enter the address of the dwelling or unit. The dwelling or unit address will populate in their database and ask you to select a unit number (if applicable). All additional information is available in their database to process your request.
