GOVERNING DOCUMENTS

Pursuant to Florida Statutes, §718.111(12)(g)2, all governing documents are to be included on the Association’s website.  On Top of the World Condominium Association is made up of 91 buildings.  Each building has a separate Declaration.  Governing documents that apply to the entire Association are as noted below.  To request a Declaration or other governing document not listed below, please email: clw_interview@parkwayclw.com, or call  727-799-8517 (leave a message with person requesting documents and name, phone and email).  In addition, you may fill out a request form by visiting the Community Service Office, 2069 World Parkway Blvd. E.

•  Write an email to clw_interview@otowfl.com. Include the address and unit number of the unit in question and contact information of the person requesting the documents (name, phone, email)

•  Call the interview line at: 727-799-8517, and leave a message with the same information as above.

•  Fill out a request form, which can be obtained at the Community Service Office.
