To obtain a copy: (1) you may click on the link provided below, (2) obtain a copy from the Service Department, or (3) request a copy by writing the Association Secretary at 2069 World Parkway Blvd., Clearwater, FL 33763.

THESE RULES CHANGES ARE NOT CONDO DOCS. THESE AMENDED GOVERNING DOCUMENTS ARE NOT CONDO DOCS. TO OBTAIN CONDO DOCS PLEASE DO ONLY ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:

•  Write an email to clw_interview@otowfl.com. Include the address and unit number of the unit in question and contact information of the person requesting the documents (name, phone, email)
•  Call the interview line at: 727-799-8517, and leave a message with the same information as above.
•  Fill out a request form, which can be obtained at the Community Service Office.
