Memorial Day (Monday, May 29, 2023) is a day of remembrance for those American Service Members who gave the ultimate sacrifice and died in service to our country.  A federal holiday, the observance occurs every year on the last Monday in May. However, in the past, from 1868 to 1971, the occasion was named “Decoration Day” and observed on May 30th.

As we enjoy our lives in peace, love, and freedom, let us remember with gratitude those who made that all possible.
